AN UNFORGETTABLE WEEKEND WITH TOLITO AGUIRRE AT THE SPH SUPERSTAR SERIES

What a weekend. Still processing the emotional hangover after an absolutely amazing few days with Tolito Aguirre at the Social Padel House Superstar Series, a true celebration of padel, talent, and community.

Saturday set the bar very high with an exhibition match featuring Sergi Nogueras, Carlos Martí, Martín Andornino and, of course, Tolito Aguirre. The variety, quality, and creativity of the shots were simply unbelievable. And not only from our special guest, the other three players proved once again that they are clearly among the very best players currently based in Asia. Pure show, pure padel.

On Sunday, it was time for the local Indonesian talent to shine, sharing the court with the Argentinian star. Gio Soemarno, Armando Soremano, Valentinus Dyas, Sunu Wahyu and Bryan Husin were the selected players, and they more than delivered, showcasing the level, hunger, and fast growth of Indonesian padel.

In between, we enjoyed two more top-level exhibitions with the Top 4 Indonesian female players. On one side, Novela Rezha (#1 PBPI), PANORAMIC player, alongside Fadona Kusuma (#2). On the other, the twins Fitriani and Fitriana Sabrina (#12 and #13). High intensity, great rallies, and a fantastic showcase of women’s padel in Indonesia.

Huge kudos to Social Padel House, PBPI, PBPI Jakarta, PANORAMIC and all the sponsors who made this event possible, especially MyBCA, Triv, and Hirostar Indonesia.

And beyond the matches: photos, autographs, meet & greets, dinners, laughs, jokes… and padel, a lot of fun padel. The kind of weekend that reminds us why we love this sport and the community around it.
